Every piece starts as a blank 12 x 16 sheet of cotton paper and a handful of markers or a single ink pen. There’s no plan and no shortcut, just one line after another until patterns start to spin, fold, and bloom off the page. Some pieces take days. Some take weeks. Most of them are made curled up on the living room couch, in the in-between moments of a very full house.
